I undertake to develop the plot in accordance with approved plan by relevant authority and abide by other rules governing the mutual development of the plot. In case of unforeseen circumstances I shall accept in alternative plot(s) as replacement. This transaction can be called-off mutually by both parties, if the incapacity to execute or fulfil obligations (payments/building) is established after (2) years.
